The main task of OSTİM Technical University Student Affairs Department is to provide accurate information to our students, faculty members, parents and administrative staff, especially our students, in accordance with the legislation in force, and to carry out the work and procedures in this legislation in accordance with our academic calendar in a timely manner and to solve your problems.
Student Affairs Office is open from 09:00-12:30 and 13:30-17:00 on weekdays.
Documents such as Student Certificate, Transcript, etc. are only available on Tuesday and Thursday.
Deregistration procedures are carried out on Monday and Friday.
