Course Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal from a course can be made after the add-drop period ends and within the first seven weeks of the semester. Withdrawal from a course requires the recommendation of the academic advisor and the approval of the department chair and the relevant board of directors. The fee paid for the withdrawn course is non-refundable.
- You can withdraw from a maximum of one course in a semester.
- You can withdraw from a maximum of one course during your associate degree education.
- You can withdraw from a maximum of two courses during your undergraduate education.
- Withdrawal cannot be made from courses in the first two semesters of the curriculum (freshman year).
- Withdrawal cannot be made from repeated or previously withdrawn courses or non-credit courses.
- Students who take courses below the normal course load in a semester are not allowed to withdraw from the course.
